What counts as a data pull

A data pull is one successful call to a tool that reads Google data: search_analytics, search_insights, search_chart, inspect_url, list_sitemaps and page_speed. Your AI decides how many calls a question needs, so here is what typical requests use.

"How did my site do last month compared with the month before?"

Calls: search_analytics, once or twice

1 to 2 pulls

"Check whether my ten most important URLs are indexed."

Calls: inspect_url, once per URL

10 pulls

A weekly digest: winners, losers and sitemap errors

Calls: search_analytics, search_insights, list_sitemaps

About 4 pulls a run, so about 16 a month

What is always free

These tools never count toward any limit, on any plan: list_sites, submit_sitemap, delete_sitemap, list_notes, add_note, delete_note, check_dns, check_redirects, check_robots and check_tls. That covers listing your properties, notes, sitemap submission when you have turned on write access, and the site checks for DNS, redirects, robots.txt and TLS, which read only public web data.

How the 3-property limit and weekly swap work

The free plan works on 3 Search Console properties at a time. A slot fills the first time a call about a new property succeeds, so a typo or a site you cannot access never uses one. sc-domain:example.com and https://www.example.com/ share one slot.

When all 3 slots are full, swap a property out from your account page or ask your AI to do it. The free plan includes 3 swaps a week, reset every Monday at 00:00 UTC. Solo and Team have no property limit, so there is nothing to swap.

Team and company domains

Team covers everyone who signs in with an address on your company domain, at one flat price: no seats and no invites. Google Workspace domains verify when you sign in; other domains verify with one DNS record.

Each person still signs in with their own Google account and sees only the properties Google already lets them see. Shared notes give every teammate's AI the same context: a migration date, a client's brand terms, a known tracking gap.

On the free plan, people on the same company domain share one data-pull allowance. Public email domains such as gmail.com are never pooled.

Billing, VAT and cancelling

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed in euros. Prices exclude VAT. Stripe is the merchant of record: it calculates and collects any VAT or sales tax that applies where you are.

Upgrade, switch plans, update your card or cancel from your account page. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you paid for, then you return to the free plan. Full terms are on the legal page.
